Discover in Viva Learning

Viva Learning is now integrated with Microsoft Search. You can search for learning opportunities from the search bar in SharePoint, Office.com, the Office app, and the Work tab in Bing. 

Search in Viva Learning

Search for learning content in the search bar of your Viva Learning home page. You can filter the search results by Your interest, Providers, and Duration. 

Bookmark content to save in your personal learning library or share results with coworkers. 

Search in SharePoint 

You can type in the search bar of SharePoint to find learning content. Results will appear in the All tab, or you can navigate to the Learning tab to see only learning content. 

Search in Office.com or the Office app 

Just like in SharePoint, you can discover learning opportunities by searching in the search bar in Office.com or in the Office app. 

Search in Bing 

If your organization has Microsoft Search in Bing activated, you can also search for learning content in Bing by typing in the search bar and navigating to the Work tab. You’ll need to be logged in to Bing with your work account to see the Work tab. You’ll find learning content search results under All, or you can navigate to the Learning tab to find only learning opportunities.  

Consume content in the Viva Learning Teams app 

Selecting a result in the search results page of SharePoint, Office.com, the Office app, or the Work tab of Bing will launch the details page of that learning course in Viva Learning in Teams. You can then view the content, save it, or recommend it to someone else.
