Productivity

On the Productivity tab, you'll find centralized insights and actions that help you get your work done more effectively.

The tab provides these features:

• Meeting review – Review and edit your large and long meetings. 

• Meeting habits – Learn about habits or practices in meetings you organized and accepted.

• Meeting category insights – Understand which kinds of meetings you spend the most time in. *

• Meeting effectiveness surveys – Help make your meetings more effective by surveying participants about what went well and what you could improve next time. *

• Suggested tasks – Stay on top of your work with tasks that Viva Insights surfaces through unread shared documents, meetings you haven't responded to, and Teams chats.
