How to find Viva Amplify

Sign in to Microsoft 365 online.

Search Amplify or open your app launcher and choose Explore all your Apps.

Under Explore by category, choose Communication.

Campaigns
A campaign is a set of communication materials (publications) that support a goal. Your team can work together on a campaign to get your message out effectively. You could create a campaign to:
- Raise awareness for a charity event
- Announce and prepare for a product launch
- Encourage enrollment in an employee learning event
- And many more scenarios
Note: Viva Amplify isn't intended for emergency communications.
Publications
Publications are all of the emails, SharePoint news posts, and Teams posts that support a campaign. Because campaigns are collaborative, you can work together with your team to create, publish, and approve publications.
Try an out-of-the-box campaign
Viva Amplify includes a pre-built campaign that you can customize and share to your organization. The currently available out-of-the-box campaign, Copilot deployment kit, includes eight publications that share information about how to use Copilot in Microsoft 365. This campaign also includes a pre-drafted campaign brief with objectives and key messages.
Access the Copilot deployment kit campaign from the Campaigns tab in Viva Amplify.
Note: The pre-built campaign only includes the main draft for publications. You can customize the publications for different distribution channels depending on your organization’s needs.
