This public preview non-security update includes quality improvements. Key changes include:

Addresses an issue with Kernel Soft Reboot (KSR).

Addresses an issue that displays progressive web application (PWA) icons as blank when you pin them to the taskbar.

Addresses an issue that prevents the icon for a Toast collection from appearing in the Action Center if the icon file’s URI contains spaces.

Addresses an issue in Windows Search that prevents a custom word breaker from working properly.

Addresses an issue that prevents sorting from working properly when using multiple versions of National Language Support (NLS) sorting.

Addresses an issue that causes setup for a Server Message Block (SMB) session to fail because of a service principal name (SPN) validation failure.

Addresses an issue that causes some Enhanced Metafiles (EMF) to render incorrectly. This issue occurs when you use third-party applications that create EMFs using ExtCreatePen() and ExtCreateFontIndirect().
