Delegate can view their Manager Online Archive Calendar in Outlook and Private Items in Online Archive Mailbox

ISSUE

When an Outlook Delegate accesses their Calendar pane, they notice the Manager Online Archive Calendar is displayed. They may also notice Private Items displayed in the Online Archive Mailbox.

RESOLUTION

This is by design when full Access permissions are granted on the manager mailbox with Auto-Mapping turned on.

STATUS: WORKAROUND

If a Delegate doesn't want the Manager Online Archive Calendars displayed under My Calendars, they can be moved to another Group, such as Shared or Other Calendars.
