ISSUE

When you write email text in Outlook Desktop you expect to see suggested text but this feature has stopped working.

When you check the Outlook settings the Show text predictions while typing option is missing:

  1. While you're writing an email message, go to File > Options > Mail.

  2. Under Compose messages, make sure the Show text predictions while typing box is checked.

For more about Text Predictions in Outlook, please see Editor text predictions in Outlook.

STATUS: FIXED

Text Predictions fixes for Current Channel and Monthly Enterprise Channel were completed in April 2023.
