Pin an app for easy access in Microsoft Teams

Pin an app to the left side of Teams

Go to More More options button on the left side of Teams—this is where you’ll find all your apps.

Right click any app icon and select Pin Pin to make your app visible in the purple area on the left.

Tip: You can reorder everything on the left by dragging and dropping icons.

Similarly, you can pin apps for messaging right next to your message formatting options.

Go to More options button below the box where you type your messages, then right click any app icon and select Pin Pin .
