ISSUE
When typing an email and pressing the Enter key letters from your signature appear vertically.
This issue reproduces when the Outlook Signature contains 2 consecutive <br> tags. For example:
<html>
<body>Regards<br><br>User Name</body>
</html>
STATUS: FIXED
The Outlook and Word Teams made a service side change to fix the issue. The fix is at 100% of production as of 11/9/2023. It can take up to four hours for the client to pick up the change from the service. If after four hours you still see the issue restart the Outlook client to ensure the change is picked up.
