Cancel a webinar in Microsoft Teams
To cancel a webinar from your Teams calendar:

Open your calendar and select the event you want to cancel.

Select Cancel event.
To cancel a webinar from the event page:

Open your calendar and select the event you want to cancel.

Select View.
-
On the event page, select Cancel event.
Important: Canceling a webinar can't be undone.
