In Outlook on the web, there are several ways to use time scale to adjust how much space for detail your calendar displays. 

In Settings

Select Settings and then choose the time scale setting that fits your needs. 

The Settings icon is selected.

Through the calendar time bar

  1. Right-click on the calendar time bar to see the menu.

    Time zones and Time scale options in the calendar.

  2. Select the time scale settings that work best for you. 

    Time scale is selected in time scale settings.

In the ribbon

  1. Set the ribbon layout in your calendar to either Simplified or Classic

    Simplified ribbon is selected in the ribbon.

  2. Next, select View

    View is selected in the ribbon calendar view.

  3. Choose the time scale setting that works best for you. 

    Time scale is selected in the ribbon calendar view.

Note:   If you're in the Toolbar layout, you can still find time scale by using Settings or the time bar
