How do I add a group to GroupMe Campus?

When you join GroupMe Campus, you can make your groups discoverable for other people at your college or university to find and join. Your group will appear in search results for other users who have validated their college or university email in GroupMe.   1. From your chat list, select the group you wish to move to GroupMe Campus.

  2. Tap the group’s avatar (profile picture), then tap Settings Settings button.

  3. Tap Visibility.

  4. Tap Visible only to (your school name). Your group can now be found by other GroupMe Campus members at your school.

If you want to remove your group from appearing in GroupMe Campus, you can update the Visibility for the group.

  1. From your chat list, select the group you wish to move to GroupMe Campus.

  2. Tap the group’s avatar (profile picture), then tap Settings  Settings button.

  3. Tap Visibility.

  4. Tap Visible only to Your School Name. Your group will be converted to a GroupMe Campus group.

If you want to remove your group from appearing in GroupMe Campus, you can update the Visibility for the group.

  1. From your chat list, select the group you wish to move to GroupMe Campus.

  2. Select the group’s avatar (profile picture), then select Settings  Settings button.

  3. Select the dropdown next to Visibility and select Visible only to Your School Name.

If you want to remove your group from appearing in GroupMe Campus, you can update the Visibility for the group.
